SF6 Gas Purification And Recovery Plant is composed of compressor, vacuum pump, vacuum system with anti-return oil device, condensing system, liquid storage tank, purification system which built-in renewable drying filter, dust filter, ball valve, vacuum gauge and electrical control system, pressure detection, thermometer and alarm system and detection instrument and other auxiliary facilities.
SF6 Gas Purification And Recovery Plant is applied in manufacturing machine of SF6 gas insulation electrical equipment. it is used for vacuum evacuation of variety of electrical equipment, and to fill with SF6 gas into electrical equipment,, and then to recover SF6 gas from the used electrical equipment, then purification and compression to storage tank.
SF6 recovery device is suitable for various voltage levels SF6 electrical appliances and GIS combined electrical appliances.
By using of the compressor to condense and liquefy SF6 gas at high pressure, the heat exchanger assists in gas recovering and refilling, When filled, buffer-gas filled.
